Many of the UK’s aging temporary accommodation units are outdated, poorly maintained, and costly to operate. Often, they fail to comply with the latest regulations, do not support user wellbeing, and do not protect the business’s brand values.
The Covid pandemic led to a substantial rise in remote and hybrid working, which has since caused difficulties in getting employees back on site. This shift has made it challenging for businesses to retain skilled trades and maintain the same level of on-site collaboration and productivity which is essential for ensuring safe delivery of projects on-time and on-budget.
Driven by our commitment to solving these issues, we designed, rigorously tested, and independently certified our Better-By-Design range of solutions. These innovations offer a superior structural frame, market-leading fire resistance, and features that create a safe, secure, productive, and comfortable workspace.

Thermally Efficient
Our accommodation comes with wall and ceiling insulation as standard, but can be upgraded to further reduce heat loss, prevent condensation, and minimise energy consumption. This enhanced option offers exceptional comfort and is supported by our improved U-values, energy performance certificate, and TM54 analysis.
Our commitment to reducing running costs, couples the insulation system with Lot-20 compliant heaters, UPVC double-glazed windows, LED lighting with PIR sensors & 7-day timers for water heaters.
