What Matters Most
People
The health, safety and wellbeing of all our employees is our number one priority.
We believe everyone should go home safely to their families, everyday. To do this, we promote a culture where employees work together to look out for each other and report all near hazards as well as propose ideas to make the workplace safer. This is supported by an independent employees Health & Safety Committee, regular sharing of incident statistics and safety alerts.
At Newspace, health, safety, and well-being are not just priorities but central pillars of our business ethos. We embed these principles into every aspect of our operations, ensuring a culture where safety is paramount. Everyone at Newspace is empowered to stop anything they see which posses an immediate risk to the health & safety of themselves or their colleagues.
We are committed to encouraging engagement with our employees and adopting a proactive approach, so that we can all work together to cultivate a positive health and safety culture, make continuous improvement in our health and safety practices and foster a zero-harm working environment, where every individual is empowered to prioritise the well-being of themselves and their colleagues.
We do our best to ensure all employees feel valued and respected for the work they do. We maintain a code-of-conduct policy, underpinned by our core values, which helps maintain and fair, ethical and productive workplace.
